So let's just get into it straight away. Cooper Flagg. is my number one with an absolute bullet at the moment. He has been dunking on fools. If you saw the Toronto Raptors highlights of him just literally just taking flight, dunking on the Raptors, giving Anthony Davis a chest bump.
